Things are heavy these days.
That´s exactly why I created this simple, effective, and surprisingly fun series to help you disrupt your doom loop, deconstruct your habits, and de-doom your daily life.
It´s for anyone longing for inspiration in this veritable sea of information we swim in daily.
It´s for those who recognize that their for-the-sake-of-being-informed habits are actually ganging up on them and causing anxiety, helplessness, and a sense of despair that colors everything.
Real talk: things are bad, and not likely to get better anytime soon.
So, rather than continuing to hold this increasing heaviness, we must learn how to lighten ourselves by managing our attention and choosing what to release so we can rise.
We can be informed AND balanced.
We can recognize our reality AND embrace joy.
We can feel the loss of what we love AND laugh at what is ridiculous.
We´re leaning into the joy part, because it is our best chance for healing.
And we take a good look at our habits, our triggers, and how we can soothe our news-seeking brains by switching up our responses and choosing balance.
NOTE: This series is NOT about collapsing systems. (Here at Collapse Forward, we focus on the forward part.)
And it´s not designed to turn your despair about collapse into grounded gratitude, rewilded imagination, and thrilling action in 30 days. (I do that over here.)
But Doom Detox IS designed to be an uplifting daily practice
with real tips and strategies for living fully right now.
Starting Saturday, November 1st, I will be sending out a Substack message with a tip or prompt in a brief video.
To receive the daily messages, just subscribe to my Substack at

(You can always unsubscribe after the week-long series is over, but I hope you´ll stick around for more of my No-Doom November posts!)
See you there!
