a clear sense of how profoundly things are changing

AND the optimism and energy to keep going forward

in the same ways we always have.

 

I work with those who:

* recognize the need for a mindset shift

* long for a sense of connection and belonging

* feel ready to move through their grief and emerge

with greater clarity, creativity, and commitment.

 

The Choosing Adaptation series is a

1:1 conversation over the course of two weeks.

We mix it up, using face-to-face calls as well as text and voice messages.

This allows for more reflection between conversations,

dramatically increasing the depth of the insight gained and the speed of transformation. 

Note: If you're more of a weekly-sessions-for-several-months person,

this is not the right fit for you.

 

I developed this process while doing intensive work in high-stakes conditions.

I never set out to create something speedy!

It just evolved as I worked with those facing debilitating grief

who desperately needed to get out of bed to support their families.

 

It's fast. It works. And it lasts.

(But it's definitely not therapy or counseling.)
