I am so happy you signed up for the Doom Detox!

We´re about to dive into a week-long series of daily prompts.

Our goal: to disrupt your doom loop, deconstruct your habits,

and de-doom (my fun new word) your daily life.

 

Doom Detox will get you feeling calm, clear, and creative. 

You´ll be much more aware of your habits...and how they´re ganging up on you. 

 

We´re not going to get into the topic of collapse itself.

(Around here, we focus on the forward part.)

I trust that you have already spent a lot of time reading, digesting, and (let´s face it) feeling overwhelmed by the ongoing onslaught of information about our colliding crises. 

 

My guess? You´re not looking for more information. 

What you´re longing for is INSPIRATION

 

Because things are so very heavy

So, we are going to get intentionally light.

That doesn´t mean we have our heads in the sand. 

It just means we have some seriously-good coping skills.

 

With the right kind of nudging,

and find a more soothing and meaningful way to

find your footing as you face the future.
