This is gaucho country. Along the road, every house has a section of property that is designated as the common area for cattle driving and those on horseback. There’s a gaucho who takes the bus each morning across from our house. There are others who ride their horses to work along the road. I don’t have a photo of him, but my favorite gaucho is the handsome one who rides along the road bare-chested and wearing the traditional black beret. Nice.
